Privacy notice
Last updated: 9 October 2026
AL-AQSA respects your privacy. This notice explains how personal information is handled when you contact us through this website.
Information you choose to share
When you contact AL-AQSA by email, phone or through the enquiry form, you may choose to provide your name, email address, phone number and project information. We use this information only to respond to your request and discuss a potential collaboration.
How the website works
The enquiry form securely submits your name, email address, selected service and message to this website’s server. The server sends the enquiry to info@al-aqsa.eu using our hosting provider, Mijndomein. Submissions are kept as email correspondence, not in a website database.
The form uses a necessary session cookie for security and to prevent duplicate submissions. Temporary security records contain hashed network addresses, submission times and counters to limit spam; these are removed from the active records after one hour. Our hosting provider may also process technical access logs to operate and protect the website.
Sharing and retention
Your information is not sold. It is only shared when necessary to provide a requested service or when required by law. Contact details and correspondence are kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, business administration or legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information held about you, subject to applicable legal obligations. To make a request, email info@al-aqsa.eu.
